Working with our extensive networks in the community, WorkSource Partners provides the following services through WorkSource Staffing Partnership:

  • In organizations where human resources departments are employed, we partner with members of the HR team to enhance and support ongoing efforts. If there is no HR team, we work directly with the hiring managers. To insure retention of new employees, we provide career and personal coaching for a period of two years. This includes one-on-one career development counseling, development of career action plans, assistance with educational needs and case management needs including problem solving, direction on accessing resources, and referrals.

    As an employee begins a new job, it usually takes time to build confidence, learn the job and company culture, and establish a track record of success. Our services during this phase are intensive, hands-on, and on-site. We work closely with employees and supervisors to build confidence and help solve problems that otherwise would result in separation. Specifically, we:

    • Provide recruiting and outreach services to significantly expand a company's recruiting base;
    • Meet frequently with employees to facilitate feedback, assist with work/life issues, and build problem solving and communication skills;
    • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and Human Resource professionals to identify problems, assess skills, and, identify training needs and resources. Provide overall feedback on career development;
    • Contribute to career development efforts through individual career counseling and identification of career paths and job definition.
