Our Principles

We help companies cultivate the enormous potential of our community. With numerous years of experience in entry-level employee career development and career/life counseling, our team understands the challenges employees face in their efforts to be successful.

WorkSource Partners works in partnership with companies to:

• Develop productive workers;
• Navigate pathways to success through training, support, and education;
• Remove the barriers for career advancement for entry-level workers;
• Deliver bottom line results: retention, promotability, productivity, and quality;
• Enable Human Resources departments to focus additional time on strategic and development initiatives.

Our services include:

• Career coaching for employees;
• Coordination of educational services (e.g. ESOL programming);
• Development of partnerships with community colleges; and,
• Design and implementation of sustainable workforce development programs.

Our experience has proven that entry-level employees are very motivated and eager to learn and advance. However, what many individuals lack is self-confidence, and the experience and knowledge needed to navigate through a very complicated array of community-based and internal educational opportunities. Through our work - which ranges from direct training, to helping individuals fill out financial aid forms, to creating company partnerships with community colleges, to personal counseling - we enable employees to successfully access these many opportunities, and move forward.
